The Hotel Management kindly asks all guests to cooperate in following these regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safety stay for all our guests.
§ 1
- The hotel room is rented on a daily basis.
- The check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m.
- If available, the guest may occupy the room before the hotel day begins without any additional charge.
- If the guest has not specified the duration of their stay, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
- Requests to extend the stay beyond the period stated on the day of arrival should be made at the reception no later than the evening of the previous day.
- The hotel will consider a request for extended stay depending on availability.
- The price for the room includes VAT, breakfast (if applicable to the selected offer), parking, and access to the hotel SPA.
§ 2
- The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. If guests have concerns regarding the quality of services, we ask to inform the reception as soon as possible to enable immediate response.
- The hotel is obliged to provide:
- Conditions for the guest’s full and unrestricted rest
- Safety of stay, including confidentiality of guest information
- Professional and courteous service
- Room cleaning and necessary maintenance during the guest’s absence or, if present, only with their consent
- In case of unresolved defects in the room, the hotel will offer another room or compensate the inconvenience in another way.
- At the guest’s request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
- Information regarding the stay and travel
- Wake-up call at the requested time
- Safe-keeping of money and valuables during the guest’s stay
- Luggage storage for registered hotel guests
§ 3
The hotel’s liability for loss or damage to items brought in by guests is regulated by Articles 846–849 of the Civil Code.
In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of November 24, 1964, on the limitation of liability of entities operating hotels or similar facilities for profit, the hotel’s liability for the loss of valuables, money, securities, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited unless such items have been deposited at the reception for safekeeping.
Guests should report any damage to the reception immediately after it is discoverd. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of a guest's car left in the hotel car park or valuables in the vehicle.
The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel property caused by them or persons visiting them.
When leaving the room, the guest should ensure the door is locked and leave the room card at the reception.
A fee of 50 PLN will be charged for losing the room card.
§ 4
- All guests are required to register at Rezydencja Luxury Hotel **** with a valid ID card or passport.
- In order to enter into a civil agreement and issue an invoice or receipt, the guest must verify their identity with a photo ID (ID card or passport).
- A properly completed and verified registration card constitutes a binding agreement between the guest and the hotel.
- If the guest refuses to present a photo ID, the receptionist may refuse to provide the room key unless the guest pays in advance for the entire stay.
- Rezydencja Luxury Hotel **** processes personal data for purposes related to booking management, guest registration, payments, and invoicing, when required for the performance of a contract or prior actions at the request of the data subject.
- The guest can not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period paid for has not expired.
- Unregistered people may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
§ 5
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.
- A fine of up to 500 PLN applies for violating this rule.
§ 6
- Due to fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons, or other similar devices not included in the hotel room equipment.
- The hotel may refuse to accommodate a guest who has previously severely violated hotel regulations by causing damage or disturbing other guests or staff.
- Personal belongings left in the room after departure will be returned at the guest’s expense to the provided address. If no instructions are received, the hotel will store these items for 3 months.
§ 7
- At the time of renting a room, each hotel guest accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions contained in these regulations.
- By using the services of Rezydencja Luxury Hotel, guests consent to the free use of their image by the Hotel for marketing purposes. According to Article 81(2)(2) of the Copyright and Related Rights Act:
Permission is not required for the dissemination of an image if the person is a part of a larger whole, such as a gathering, landscape, or public event. The image of the guest is only an incidental or accessory element of the presented whole, i.e. if the image was removed, the subject and nature of the presented whole would not change, then the image is not legally protected.
Guests who decide to use the services provided by Rezydencja Luxury Hotel agree to the unlimited use of their image in any form and in all fields.
§ 8
For the safety of minors and in compliance with current regulations (Lex Kamilek), during check-in, a minor’s ID and a document confirming the relationship with the accompanying adult must be presented. If the child is accompanied by someone other than the legal guardian, written consent from the guardian is also required.
